Every Sorella piece undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before leaving our fulfillment centers. We verify fabrics, stitching, and finishing to ensure your silhouette is nothing short of perfect.

3. THE TRACKING EXPERIENCE
Your peace of mind is our priority. Once your order is dispatched, a Premium Tracking Number will be sent to your email. You can follow your Sorella piece every step of the way through our [Track My Order] portal on our website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Sorella Atelier handles international logistics to bring the Mediterranean spirit to your door. For our U.S. Muses, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties. Any additional local taxes or fees imposed by customs during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES
To ensure your selection reaches you safely, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Sorella Atelier is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, our Customer Care team will prioritize a resolution for you. Please save all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

International Muses: We proudly ship to the UK and select European countries. Delivery typically takes 4-16 business days. Please note that for international orders, the customer is responsible for any local customs fees, though most orders under $150 pass without additional charges.
